Directions
- 1Mix together softened butter, 5g granulated sugar and 10g brown sugar.
- 2Add milk and vanilla and mix.
- 3Add plain flour and mix to form a dough.
- 4Fold in chocolate chips.
- 5Roll half the dough into 1 tsp balls.
- 6Press the other half into a ramekin.
- 7For the filling, whisk together cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- 8Fold in chocolate chips.
- 9Scoop the filling onto the cookie dough base and smooth it out.
- 10Place cookie dough balls on top, followed by more chocolate chips.
- 11Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
