Loaded Tater Tot Breakfast Burrito

Directions

  1. 1Start by measuring out three servings of tater tots, which is 9 oz or 252 g.
  2. 2Cook the tater tots in the air fryer following the instructions on the package.
  3. 3Once the tater tots are done, set them aside.
  4. 4While the tater tots are cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat and hit it with some spray.
  5. 5Cook the egg whites according to the instructions on the package.
  6. 6Once the eggs are cooked through, add in garlic powder, onion powder, a little salt and pepper, and bacon pieces.
  7. 7Mix all the egg mixture together.
  8. 8Turn off the heat and add in the sour cream.
  9. 9Mix the sour cream into the egg mixture, give it a taste, and add salt and pepper to preference.
  10. 10To fill your burritos, start with exactly 30 tater tots, allowing five tater tots for each burrito.
  11. 11Add a little bit of shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  12. 12Follow with about two scoops of the egg mixture.
  13. 13Wrap your burrito to the best of your ability.
  14. 14Repeat these steps until all six burritos are filled.
  15. 15Once all burritos are done, heat a skillet over medium heat, hit it with your spray.
  16. 16Lay your burritos in two at a time, folded side down.
  17. 17Toast the burritos for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until they are nice and golden brown.
  18. 18Repeat those same steps until all of your burritos are nice and toasted.
