3Add 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing seasoning mix to the beef and sour cream.
4Chop up 1/4 cup of bacon very fine.
5Add the chopped bacon to the mixture.
6Add a cup of white cheddar cheese to the mixture.
7Mix all the ingredients together with your hands.
8Patty out some balls of the mixture.
9Place the patties on the hot flat top grill.
10Smash the patties down with a burger press and wax paper.
11Add a piece of cheese on the burger right before it's done to let it get melted.
12Serve the crack burger on bread.

Tips
You can cook on whatever you want, you can cook it inside on the cast iron, or on a regular skillet, you do you.
The bacon burger from the local butcher doesn't need to be cooked before mixing it with the other ingredients, as it will be cooked again when making the patties.
Add another piece of cheese on the burger right before it's done to let it get melted.
You probably can leave the sour cream out as it might not be needed.
You will probably eat two or three more of these burgers because of how good they are.
