Lemon Ricotta Pasta
Directions
- 1Add ricotta cheese to a bowl.
- 2Use pasta water to make a thick cream.
- 3Add the zest of two lemons.
- 4Add a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 5Add the cooked pasta.
- 6Mix well.
- 7Add Pecorino Romano cheese, a sprinkle of zest and pepper.

- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
