In a pan, saute the onions, garlic and ginger.

Add the spice mix and saute until fragrant.

Grind the sauteed mixture to a paste in a blender.

In a pressure cooker, add the mutton and spices.

Cook under pressure until tender.

In a pan, saute the masala paste.

Add the tomatoes and cook until soft.

Pour in the mutton stock and bring to a boil.

Add the cooked mutton and simmer until the flavors blend.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp black peppercorns
1 tbsp red chillies
3 star anise
10 cashews
10 pieces coconut
10 peanuts
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 onions
1 head garlic
1 piece ginger
1 tbsp turmeric powder
500 g mutton
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tomatoes
1 handful coriander leaves
