Mini Valentine’s Day Heart Cakes

- 5Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 6Spread the batter evenly across the tray.
- 7Bake the cake until golden brown.
- 8Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes from the baked cake.
- 9Place one heart-shaped cake piece on parchment paper.
- 10Pipe whipped cream onto the first cake layer.
- 11Place another heart-shaped cake piece on top of the whipped cream.
- 12Pipe whipped cream around the top edge of the cake.
- 13Arrange raspberries in the center of the cake.
- 14Repeat for a second mini heart cake.
