This Week's Dinner Menu from ALDI
Serves 5
Directions
- 1Spray your crockpot with nonstick spray.
- 2Add your stew meat to one side & potatoes to the other side.
- 3Drizzle olive oil over the top & season to your desire.
- 4Add minced garlic & layer your butter over the top.
- 5Cover & cook on low 7-8 hours (5-6 hours high).
- 6Cook your beef & add to casserole dish.
- 7Add instant rice on top, beef broth, & 1/2 jar of salsa.
- 8Mix well, cover with foil, and bake 375 for 30 mins
- 9Uncover, add queso on top & shredded cheese.
- 10Bake for ten mins until cheese is melted.
- 11Add potatoes to the bottom of the pot, then sausage, corn, minced garlic, a few tbsp of butter, and top with Old Bay
- 12Pour 4 cups of water (I'll add a few tbsp of chicken bouillon).
- 13Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8
- 14Lastly, add your shrimp. It should take about 15 minutes or so to cook
- 15Serve.
- 16Cook your beef until done.
- 17Boil your pasta according to packaging.
- 18In a casserole dish add your noodles, beef, sauce, and ricotta cheese.
- 19Mix well and add your mozzarella on top.
- 20Bake 375 for 25 minutes
- 21Wash and cube your potatoes
- 22Pour in a bowl with olive oil and season cook for 10-15 minutes or until done
- 23Cook your bacon and set aside
- 24Cube your chicken and cook on medium high heat until done
- 25Add to your skillet the bacon and potatoes
- 26Top with cheese and let it melt
- 27Pour your ranch over the top and serve
