Directions
- 1Sift the pink powder onto a surface.
- 2Make a well in the center of the sifted powder and add the orange jam.
- 3Mix the jam with the powder using your hands until a dough is formed.
- 4Place the dough into the wooden frame.
- 5Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough until it is even.
- 6Place the flattened dough into the bamboo steamer and steam it.
- 7Once steamed, remove the dough and peel off the leaves.
- 8Cut the dough into squares using a knife and a wooden stick as guides.
