Directions

  1. 1Salt boiling water and add basil to blanch for 20-30 seconds.
  2. 2Transfer basil to an ice bath to cool.
  3. 3Squeeze out excess liquid from the blanched basil.
  4. 4Transfer basil to a blender along with avocado oil.
  5. 5Blend for about 3 minutes until super bright green.
  6. 6Transfer the mixture to a coffee filter lined metal sieve and let it drain for 2-3 hours.

  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 cup neutral oil
