Directions

  1. 1Prepare the dough for kachori by mixing Maida, Ghee and Salt. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for about half an hour.
  2. 2Prepare the filling by heating Oil in a wok and frying Ginger Garlic paste. Add Beef mince and chopped Onions. Season with Salt.
  3. 3Add chopped green chillies, Chilli flakes, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder and Crushed Cumin. Add more Oil and cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes until the moisture is gone.
  4. 4Make small balls out of the dough. Roll each ball into a flat circle and spread a mixture of melted Ghee and Corn flour. Fold the dough as shown in the video and let it rest for 5 minutes before rolling again.
  5. 5Place the filling in the center of the rolled dough. Fold the edges together to create a ball shape and flatten lightly. Fry the kachoris in hot Oil on medium flame for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
