Tips
You can wilt the spinach in a dry frying pan before adding to the pie if you prefer.
The filling will have a slight runny consistency and will thicken as it bakes in the oven.
You can serve immediately or if you want the filling to set a bit more, allow to set for 30 to 40 mins.
