- 9Cook that for about 5 minutes so the bacon gets fully crisp, the dates soften and everything gets a candy coating.
- 10Set it aside to make the honey drizzle.
- 11Drizzle honey into a measuring cup.
- 12Add kosher salt to the measuring cup.
- 13Add cayenne pepper to the measuring cup.
- 14Add more chopped fresh rosemary to the measuring cup and stir.
- 15Set aside the honey drizzle.
- 16Add cold cream cheese to a food processor.
- 17Add cold goat cheese to a food processor.
- 18Add kosher salt to a food processor.
- 19Add olive oil to a food processor.
- 20Add honey to a food processor.
- 21Process until creamy.
- 22Spread the mixture evenly in a dish.
- 23Top with half of the honey drizzle.
- 24Top with all of the bacon and dates mixture.
- 25Top with the rest of the honey drizzle.
