Directions

  1. 1Slice the pickles in half and use a small spoon to hollow out the insides.
  2. 2Combine the hollowed-out pickle insides, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cheese, pickle juice, everything but the bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a food processor.
  3. 3Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. 4Pipe the creamy mixture into each hollowed pickle half.
  5. 5Sprinkle with paprika and crushed bread crumbs (or everything but the bagel seasoning) for garnish.
