Start off with some clean chicken legs, you could also use chicken thighs.
Add garlic and herb seasoning, some onion powder, some garlic powder, some Cajun seasoning, some Italian seasoning, some smoked paprika and roasted garlic and herb seasoning.
Rub everything in, it should look very seasoned like this.
Throw them down into a cast iron skillet.
Brown the chicken until the skin is a little bit crispy.
Remove the chicken and add some butter and flour to the skillet.
Cook the butter and flour down and then add your veggies (onions, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers).
Cook the veggies down for about 5 minutes before adding your chicken stock.
Add some heavy cream.
After your gravy has thickened, add your chicken back to your pan.
Put it in the oven at 360 degrees for about 45 minutes.
