Directions

  1. 1Spread truffle garlic butter on sourdough bread slices.
  2. 2Spread marinara sauce on one slice of bread.
  3. 3Add mozzarella slices on top of the marinara sauce.
  4. 4Top with the other slice of bread.
  5. 5Grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. 6Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  7. 7Garnish with parsley.

  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 slices mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons marinara
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon garlic butter
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
