Directions

- 4Add one 8.5 oz box of Jiffy corn muffin mix.
- 5Add 1/4 cup of sugar.
- 6Whisk until well combined.
- 7Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter into the mixture and whisk again.
- 8Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- 9Sprinkle the top with an additional 1/4 cup of sugar.
- 10Bake in the oven until golden brown.
