Slice your steaks into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley and olive oil. Mix until well coated.

Slice your potatoes into thick chunks, drop in a pot of cold water and boil for 12 to 14 minutes until fork tender.

Let the potatoes steam for 5 minutes before gently mashing until smooth.

Add light butter, cream cheese, warm milk and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix till smooth and fluffy.

Cook your steak bites in light butter for 2 minutes each side until golden and crispy.

Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic, chilli flakes, and parsley. Mix till juicy and delicious. Set the beef aside.

In the same pan, add smoked paprika, chilli flakes, salt, mustard, lots of garlic and parsley. Mix and cook for 5 minutes until fragrant.

Add blended cottage cheese and milk. Stir till completely smooth and creamy.

20 g Minced Garlic

200 g Blended Cottage Cheese
250 g 1% Milk

Tips
Keep it simple
