High Protein Creamy Garlic Alfredo Steak & Mash

Directions

  1. 1Slice your steaks into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley and olive oil. Mix until well coated.
  2. 2Slice your potatoes into thick chunks, drop in a pot of cold water and boil for 12 to 14 minutes until fork tender.
  3. 3Let the potatoes steam for 5 minutes before gently mashing until smooth.
  4. 4Add light butter, cream cheese, warm milk and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix till smooth and fluffy.
  5. 5Cook your steak bites in light butter for 2 minutes each side until golden and crispy.
  6. 6Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic, chilli flakes, and parsley. Mix till juicy and delicious. Set the beef aside.
  7. 7In the same pan, add smoked paprika, chilli flakes, salt, mustard, lots of garlic and parsley. Mix and cook for 5 minutes until fragrant.
  8. 8Add blended cottage cheese and milk. Stir till completely smooth and creamy.

  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 20 g Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 200 g Blended Cottage Cheese
  • 250 g 1% Milk
