Directions

  1. 1Add sliced onions to a pan.
  2. 2Add olive oil to the onions.
  3. 3Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Saute the onions until translucent.
  5. 5Add minced garlic.
  6. 6Pour in water.
  7. 7Add chili oil.
  8. 8Add seasoning.
  9. 9Add parmesan cheese.
  10. 10Pour in oat cream.
  11. 11Mix well to combine all ingredients and form a creamy sauce.
  12. 12Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
  13. 13Toss the pasta with the sauce until evenly coated.
  14. 14Drizzle with more chili oil.
  15. 15Garnish with fresh parsley.
  16. 16Serve and enjoy.
