Add 1 pound of white cheddar cheese, 1 pound of pepper jack cheese, and 1 pound of smoked cheddar cheese to a crock pot that is already on high heat.

Shred all the cheese directly into the crock pot.

Add a little bit of milk to the shredded cheese.

Stir the cheese and milk around in the crock pot.

Put the lid on the crock pot and let the cheese start to melt.

Take 1 pound of Jimmy Dean's hot sausage out of its packaging and place it in a pan.

Smush out the sausage to cover the entire pan.

Turn on the burner to medium heat.

Once the bottom of the sausage is browned, cut it in half and flip each side.

Wait for the other side to brown, then use a meat chopper to chop up the sausage into crumbles.

Drain the excess oil from the crumbled sausage using a paper towel.

Stir the melting cheese in the crock pot.

Add the 1 pound of spicy sausage to the melted cheese in the crock pot.

Add 1 can of drained sweet golden corn to the crock pot.

Add 2 cans of Rotel classic diced tomatoes and green chiles to the crock pot.

Add 1 block of softened cream cheese to the crock pot.

Add 4 ounces of sour cream to the crock pot.

Add 2 de-seeded and chopped jalapeños to the crock pot.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly in the crock pot.

Put the lid back on the crock pot and let it melt and combine.

Once thoroughly melted and combined, the dip is ready to be served with chips.

Tips
If you smush out the sausage to cover the whole pan before turning on the burner, it will cook more evenly.
Drain the corn before adding it to the dip.
De-seed the jalapeños before chopping them.
