Pork Chops with Dipping Sauce

Directions

  1. 1Add the pork chops to a bag for marinating.
  2. 2Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the bag.
  3. 3Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder to the bag.
  4. 4Add 1 teaspoon of paprika to the bag.
  5. 5Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce to the bag.
  6. 6Add 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the bag.
  7. 7Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil to the bag.
  8. 8Add half a teaspoon of MSG to the bag (or a quarter teaspoon of salt if not using MSG).
  9. 9Add a quarter teaspoon of white pepper to the bag.
  10. 10Ensure all pork chops are covered with the seasoning.
  11. 11Refrigerate the marinated pork chops for at least 4 hours, or best overnight.
  12. 12To make the sauce, add 4 tablespoons of your favorite mayo to a bowl.
  13. 13Add 2 tablespoons of Grey Poupon Dijon mustard to the bowl.

  17. 17Add about half a teaspoon of MSG to the bowl (or an eighth to sixteenth of salt if skipping MSG).
  18. 18Add about a quarter teaspoon of white pepper to the bowl.

  20. 20Oil your Blackstone griddle with avocado oil.
  21. 21Place the marinated pork chops on the Blackstone griddle set to medium heat.
  22. 22Cook the pork chops until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  23. 23Let the cooked pork chops sit for about 5 minutes.
