Directions
- 1Rinse the V60 paper filter 02 with hot water
- 2Add 14 grams of ground coffee to the Hario Switch
- 3Pour 50 grams of 93°C water over the coffee. Close the valve.
- 4After 30 seconds, open the valve and pour 150 grams of 93°C water in a continuous circular motion in the center of the coffee bed.
- 5Total brewing time is approximately 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
- 6Once the brew is done, lift the valve to avoid astringency.
