Italian Dressing Mix

Directions
- 1Add 2 tablespoons of oregano into a mason jar.
- 2Add 2 tablespoons of parsley into the mason jar.
- 3Add 2 tablespoons of onion powder into the mason jar.
- 4Add 2 tablespoons of garlic powder into the mason jar.
- 5Add 2 tablespoons of salt into the mason jar.
- 6Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar into the mason jar.
- 7Add 2 teaspoons of basil into the mason jar.
- 8Add 2 teaspoons of black pepper into the mason jar.
- 9Add 2 teaspoons of paprika into the mason jar.
- 10Optionally, add 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes into the mason jar if you want a zestier side.
- 11Add half a teaspoon of thyme into the mason jar.
- 12Add half a teaspoon of celery seed into the mason jar.
- 13Close the jar and shake it to mix all the ingredients.
- 14To prepare the dressing, take about 2 tablespoons of the mix and combine it with 1/4 cup of vinegar.
- 15Mix well, then add 2 or 3 tablespoons of water and 1/4 cup of oil of your choice.
- 16Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge.

Tips
- The red pepper flakes are optional if you want a zestier flavor.
- Two tablespoons of this mix are equivalent to one store-bought packet of Italian seasoning mix.
- Once mixed with vinegar, water, and oil, the dressing should be good in the fridge for about three to four weeks.
