Brownie Cookies
Directions
- 1Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan.
- 2Whisk eggs and sugars together for about 5 minutes.
- 3Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
- 4Sift in flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder; gently fold into the batter.
- 5Pipe the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, forming small round cookies.
- 6Bake the cookies until they are set. This may take some time as they will be soft when baked.
- 7Sprinkle salt over the cookies once they're baked.
- 8Let the cookies cool for about 20 minutes before serving.
