Directions
- 1Melt two tablespoons of butter in a bowl or use softened butter.
- 2Cut the French bread in half lengthwise.
- 3Add 3/4 cup of mayonnaise to the melted butter.
- 4Add a couple of tablespoons of minced garlic to the mixture.
- 5Add about half a tablespoon of taco seasoning to the mixture.
- 6Add Slap Ya Mama seasoning to the mixture.
- 7Add about 3/4 cup of shredded cheese to the mixture.
- 8Mix all the ingredients together to create the garlic cheese mixture.
- 9Spread the garlic cheese mixture onto the French bread halves.
- 10Cook one pound of ground beef in a pan.
- 11Add taco seasoning and water to the ground beef as you would for tacos.
- 12Once the ground beef is cooked, top it on top of the bread with the garlic cheese mixture.
- 13Top the bread with more shredded cheese.
- 14Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 13-15 minutes until golden.
