Directions
- 1In a mixing bowl, mix together softened butter and creamy peanut butter.
- 2Add sugar, brown sugar and mix.
- 3Add one egg and mix.
- 4Add vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix.
- 5Add flour and mix until well combined.
- 6Scoop the dough into balls, flatten them with your hands to a half inch thickness and place them on a baking sheet.
- 7Bake at 350° for 8-9 minutes.
- 8While the cookies are baking, prepare the topping: In a bowl combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter and butter.
- 9Microwave until melted.
- 10Once the cookies are out of the oven, top with melted chocolate, and then dip the cookies in powdered sugar.
- 11Let cool and enjoy!
