Directions
- 1Boil potatoes, then mash.
- 2Mix mashed potatoes with salt, fresh milk, and mozzarella.
- 3Cook sauce like spaghetti bolognese with beef mince, garlic, oregano, rosemary, black pepper, salt and sugar.
- 4Layer sauce at the bottom of small tins.
- 5Add mashed potato on top of the meat.
- 6Sprinkle mozzarella and parsley on top.
