Chicken Base Pizza
Directions
- 1Add chicken mince, two eggs, 50 grams of parmigiano, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder into a bowl.
- 2Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- 3Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 4Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
- 5Remove the chicken crust from the oven and add pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni slices.
- 6Add extra cheese.
- 7Return the pizza to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8Drizzle with hot honey glaze for extra flavor.
