- 4Combine minced garlic and red chili pepper with olive oil in a measuring cup.
- 5Zest the two lemons directly into the measuring cup with the garlic, chili pepper, and olive oil.
- 6Squeeze the juice of the two lemons into the measuring cup.
- 7Add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and oregano to the mixture.
- 8Add tomato paste to the mixture in the measuring cup.
- 9Whisk all the ingredients in the measuring cup together to form a sauce.
- 10Pour the prepared sauce over the potatoes in the crockpot and mix them.
- 11Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 12Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the potatoes in the crockpot.
- 13Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken breasts.
- 14Cover the crockpot and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- 15Serve the cooked chicken and potatoes with a drizzle of the sauce from the crockpot.
- 16Drizzle some sauce over the broccoli as well.
