Grill the pork belly 800g back and forth until golden brown and cut into bite-size pieces.

Slice 1 onion while grilling.

Add 3 spoons of sugar, chili powder, soy sauce, cooking wine and gochujang. Add 2 spoons of minced garlic.

If the meat has a bad smell, add 1 spoon of vinegar. If you want a store-bought taste, add a little more than half a spoon of dashi and mix together.

Now add an appropriate amount of onion and the prepared sauce.

Stir-fry everything together, and finally, use a torch to add flavor.

Place it on a plate, add pepper, and finish with one or two turns of sesame oil.

Tips
If you don't like sweets, use only 2 spoons of sugar.
Use a torch to give the dish a smoky flavor.
