High Protein Creamy Garlic Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Slice your chicken into cubes.
  2. 2Add fresh garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil to the chicken.
  3. 3Mix the chicken until well combined.
  4. 4Slice your uncooked potatoes into cubes.
  5. 5Season the potatoes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, and olive oil.
  6. 6Mix the potatoes well.
  7. 7Air fry the potatoes for 18-20 minutes at 200°C or oven bake for 20-23 minutes at 200°C.
  8. 8Cook the chicken on high heat for 5-6 minutes.
  9. 9Lower the heat.
  10. 10Add milk, light cream cheese, Parmesan, and extra seasoning to the chicken.
  11. 11Mix until creamy.
  12. 12Add the crispy potatoes to the chicken mixture.
  13. 13Add shredded mozzarella.
  14. 14Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for a few minutes.
  15. 15Garnish with fresh parsley.
  16. 16Distribute into four equal servings.

Tips

  • When cooking the potatoes, make sure they do not burn and get too dry. You can skip the olive oil and use cooking spray instead.
  • After cooking the chicken for 5-6 mins, make sure you lower the heat before adding the milk and cream cheese.
  • Mix the cream cheese until it melts and becomes smooth and creamy.
  • After adding the potatoes in, mix until combined then add cheese, cover for 4-5 mins until the cheese is melted.
