Directions
- 1Start chopping up 12 ounces of bacon.
- 2Grab a large skillet and start cooking the bacon.
- 3Cube about a pound and a half of chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 4Season the chicken with rotisserie chicken seasoning, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, and onion and herb seasoning.
- 5Add a couple tablespoons of cornstarch to the chicken and toss it up really well, then set aside.
- 6Shred about a cup of cheese from a whole block.
- 7Keep tossing up the bacon until it's nice and crispy.
- 8Remove the crispy bacon from the pan, leaving the bacon grease in.
- 9Add the chicken to the pan.
- 10Cook the chicken at medium to high heat.
- 11Flip the chicken over after three minutes.
- 12Cook for another three minutes, then toss around for about 30 seconds until it gets a little crispy.
- 13Remove the chicken from the pan.
- 14To the same pan, add 12 ounces of pasta and about three and a half cups of chicken broth.
- 15Toss until the noodles are finished cooking and the liquid has been absorbed.
- 16Add a fourth cup to a half of a cup of heavy cream.
- 17Add Boursin cheese.
- 18Add a cup of cheddar cheese and mix until everything is melted and smooth.
- 19Add the cooked chicken back into the pan.
- 20Top with the cooked bacon.
- 21Add some sliced green onions to the top.
