One-Pan Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Start chopping up 12 ounces of bacon.
  2. 2Grab a large skillet and start cooking the bacon.
  3. 3Cube about a pound and a half of chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4Season the chicken with rotisserie chicken seasoning, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, and onion and herb seasoning.
  5. 5Add a couple tablespoons of cornstarch to the chicken and toss it up really well, then set aside.
  6. 6Shred about a cup of cheese from a whole block.
  7. 7Keep tossing up the bacon until it's nice and crispy.
  8. 8Remove the crispy bacon from the pan, leaving the bacon grease in.
  9. 9Add the chicken to the pan.
  10. 10Cook the chicken at medium to high heat.
  11. 11Flip the chicken over after three minutes.
  12. 12Cook for another three minutes, then toss around for about 30 seconds until it gets a little crispy.
  13. 13Remove the chicken from the pan.
  14. 14To the same pan, add 12 ounces of pasta and about three and a half cups of chicken broth.
  15. 15Toss until the noodles are finished cooking and the liquid has been absorbed.
  16. 16Add a fourth cup to a half of a cup of heavy cream.
  17. 17Add Boursin cheese.
  18. 18Add a cup of cheddar cheese and mix until everything is melted and smooth.
  19. 19Add the cooked chicken back into the pan.
  20. 20Top with the cooked bacon.
  21. 21Add some sliced green onions to the top.

  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 3.5 cups chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • sliced green onions

Tips
