Directions

  1. 1Roast the red pepper in the oven or air fryer for about half an hour.
  2. 2Let it cool before peeling it.
  3. 3Chop it, or grind it.
  4. 4Put the chopped pepper in a bowl.
  5. 5Add pickled lemon cubes, parsley, garlic clove, thyme and olive oil.
  6. 6Mix well and the sauce is ready.
  7. 7Put the frankfurter in a wooden skewer and spin the knife around it.
  8. 8Sauté the frankfurters in a little oil.
  9. 9Make sandwiches with a little mayonnaise, onion cubes, frankfurters, a little mustard and the sauce we made.
