Chocolate Muffins

Directions
- 1Sift and bloom the cocoa powder in a bowl.
- 2Add brown sugar, egg, Greek yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- 3Add flour and baking powder. Whisk until well combined.
- 4Fold in chocolate chunks.
- 5Divide batter into a muffin pan lined with baking paper.
- 6Place extra chocolate chunks on top of the muffin batter.
- 7Combine chocolate chunks and heavy cream to make the ganache.
- 8Fill the baked muffins with the chocolate ganache.
