Directions
- 1Zest one lemon, but you'll need the juice of two lemons for about 1/4 cup of lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 2Add the lemon zest, lemon juice and 1 cup of granulated sugar to a large bowl and mix.
- 3Then add two bricks of softened cream cheese and mix.
- 4Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of a 9x13 grease baking dish.
- 5Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent dough.
- 6Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- 7Pour 4 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter over the top of the dough and spread it evenly using a pastry brush.
- 8Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sugar over the top.
- 9Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
