- 7Knead the dough.
- 8Grease the tart pans.
- 9Roll out the dough.
- 10Place dough in tart pans.
- 11Add raspberry jam to each tart.
- 12Bake the tarts.
- 13Slice the strawberries.
- 14Add cream filling on the tarts.
- 15Squeeze lemon juice on the strawberries and berries.
- 16Add sugar on the fruit.
- 17Decorate the tarts with fruit.
