Directions

  1. 1Add pineapple chunks with juice to the crock pot.
  2. 2Add brown sugar to the crock pot.
  3. 3Add soy sauce to the crock pot.

  12. 12Add bite-sized pieces of pork loin to the crock pot.

  14. 14Cover the crock pot and cook on high for about three to four hours, or on low for six to eight hours.
  15. 15In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry.
  16. 16Pour the cornstarch slurry into the crock pot to thicken the sauce.

Tips
