Directions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2Pour the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix and its seasoning packet into a large bowl and stir to break up any lumps.
  3. 3Add the breakfast sausage, cream cheese, and grated sharp cheddar cheese to the bowl.
  4. 4Mix everything together until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. 5Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  6. 6Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on the baking pan.
  7. 7Bake in the 400 degree oven.

  • 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 roll breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Tips

  • You can use any variety of breakfast sausage desired.
  • Any type of cream cheese can be used as long as it is 8 ounces.
  • Grating your own cheese is preferred over pre-packaged, shredded cheese.
