Directions

  1. 1Add white sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Mix the ingredients together.
  3. 3Add salt, vanilla extract, and Karo syrup to the mixture.
  4. 4Mix again until well combined.
  5. 5Add flour to the mixture and mix again.
  6. 6Add pecans to the mixture and stir them in.
  7. 7Pour the pecan mixture into a pie shell.
  8. 8Bake the pie on the bottom rack at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.
  9. 9Allow the pie to cool down for several hours.
