Directions

  1. 1Peel and slice the peaches.
  2. 2Beat 3 eggs in a bowl.
  3. 3Add 1 cup of flour to the beaten eggs.
  4. 4Add 1 cup of maple syrup.
  5. 5Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of vanilla.
  6. 6Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and whisk until it is all mixed together.
  7. 7Place the sliced peaches in an unbaked pie shell.
  8. 8Pour the cream mixture into the pie shell.
  9. 9Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  10. 10Bake the pie.
  11. 11Let cool completely.

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 dash cinnamon
