Add one cup of warm water, two and a quarter teaspoons of active yeast, and two tablespoons of sugar to a bowl and swirl it up.
Set a timer for 5 minutes and wait for the mixture to become foamy.
In a mixing bowl, add three and a half cups of flour, a third of a cup of melted butter, a third of a cup of honey, a cap full of vanilla, one unit of liquid chicken, the yeast mixture, and a little bit of salt.
Swirl the ingredients together just a little until it looks like a dough.
Add the dough to your stand mixer and mix for 10 minutes.
Transfer the dough to another bowl, cover with plastic, and let it proof in the oven for about an hour.
Flour the counter, take out the dough, and roll it out flat.
Add some brown sugar and cinnamon to the rolled-out dough.
Get a cookie sheet, cut the dough into one to two inch sections, and place them on the sheet.
Cover the sections with more parchment paper and flatten them out a bit.
Cover with more plastic wrap and put them back in the oven for another 45 minutes to proof.
Heat up some oil for frying.
Make the icing by combining powdered sugar, honey, a little bit of vanilla, and a tiny bit of milk.
Smell your dairy to ensure it's good.
Fry the honey buns until ready.
