Directions
- 1Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, diced green chilis and garlic clove to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- 2Blend on high until the queso dip is smooth and creamy.
- 3Taste test and add salt, pepper, or any additional seasonings to taste.
- 4Heat on stovetop (recommended): In a small sauce pan, heat the cottage cheese queso on low heat, stirring often until hot.
- 5Do not overheat or the queso will separate and lose it's creamy texture.
- 6Heat in microwave: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave queso slowly in 15 second increments until hot.
- 7Stir in between microwave sessions.
- 8Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips, tacos or nachos!

Tips
