Directions

  1. 1Add ground chicken, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and egg to a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2Grate the carrot into the bowl with the other ingredients.
  3. 3Mix all ingredients together by hand until well combined.
  4. 4Shape the mixture into small, uniform meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. 5Bake the meatballs in the oven.

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 whole carrot
