Directions

  1. 1Heat a griddle over medium-high heat. Add sliced kielbasa, peppers, and onions; season peppers and onions with Garlic Butter Seasoning.
  2. 2Once kielbasa, peppers, and onions are cooked, add frozen tortellini to the griddle. Pour 1/2 cup of water over tortellini, cover with a griddle dome, and let cook until tender; add more water if needed.
  3. 3Stir tortellini, peppers, onions, and kielbasa together. Add Italian dressing to coat, and stir well.
  4. 4Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!

  • 2 packages kielbasa
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning
  • 19 oz bag frozen tortellini
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 Italian dressing
  • 1 Parmesan cheese
