Directions
- 1Add olive oil and butter to a skillet on medium heat.

- 3Add the tuna to the skillet.
- 4Add a touch of black pepper (optional).
- 5Break up the tuna and cook until it gets nice and golden.
- 6Boil your pasta of choice in salted water.
- 7Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the tuna.
- 8Add a little bit of starchy pasta water to the skillet.
- 9Give it a mix.
- 10Serve and enjoy your pasta, optionally with some hot pepper oil.
