Cheesy Garlic Bread

Directions
- 1Cut the garlic heads in half.
- 2Place the garlic heads on aluminum foil, add oil, pepper, and salt.
- 3Wrap the garlic in the aluminum foil and put it in the oven.
- 4Get some ciabatta bread.
- 5Cut the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise.
- 6Grate the cheese.
- 7Add butter, the roasted garlic, and some parsley to a bowl.
- 8Chop some parsley and add half of it to the bowl along with some lemon zest.
- 9Mix the ingredients together.
- 10Put the mixture in a food processor.
- 11Spread the garlic butter on the bread.
- 12Add the cheese on top.
- 13Put the cheesy garlic bread in the oven.
- 14Garnish with the remaining parsley.
