Taco Pie
Directions
- 1Scramble a pound of ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- 2Stir in taco seasoning and remove from heat.
- 3In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs with 2/3 cup of heavy cream.
- 4Add the cooked beef, 1/2 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese, and 1/4 cup of salsa to the bowl and stir until combined.
- 5Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- 6Top with remaining cheese.
- 7Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
- 8Top with your favorite taco toppings.
