Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Directions

  1. 1Add peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda to the mixer.

  4. 4Scoop out 3 tablespoon portions of cookie dough onto a plate.
  5. 5Roll the scooped cookie dough into balls.
  6. 6Roll the cookie dough balls into extra sugar.
  7. 7Place the sugared cookie dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. 8Press the cookie dough balls flat using the palm of your hand.
  9. 9Use a fork to crisscross the top of each cookie dough ball.
  10. 10Chill the cookie dough balls for about three hours.
  11. 11Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  12. 12Place the baking sheets with the chilled cookie dough into the preheated oven.
  13. 13Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
