Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F and oil a baking dish such as a 9-inch round pan or rectangular tart form.
2Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3Whisk eggs, then add the greek yogurt, olive oil, orange juice, and orange zest.
4Create a well in the flour mixture and whisk in the wet ingredients.
5Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake.
6Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
