Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

Directions

  1. 1Pour 1.5 cups of frozen tater tots into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2In a glass, whisk together 6 eggs, 0.25 cups of heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper.
  3. 3Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
  4. 4Add 1 pound of cooked breakfast sausage to the dish.
  5. 5Add 8 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled, to the dish.
  6. 6Add a bag of shredded cheese to the dish.
  7. 7Mix everything together gently.
  8. 8Top with another bag of shredded cheese.
  9. 9Add the remaining tater tots to the top.
  10. 10Brush melted butter over the top layer of tater tots.
  11. 11Bake until the tater tots are golden brown (about 30 minutes).
  12. 12Serve with ketchup.
