Directions
- 1Cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2Chop fresh dill and chives.
- 3Mince garlic.
- 4Melt butter in a frying pan, add garlic and warm up the lobster meat.
- 5In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- 6Add cooked and cooled pasta to the dressing, mix well.
- 7Add lobster meat to the pasta mix.
- 8Toast breadcrumbs in butter.
- 9Chop chives and mix them with the breadcrumbs.
- 10Serve the pasta salad warm or cold. Add the breadcrumbs just before serving.
